Hallis Non Woven Fusible Buckram. A synthetic quality stitched web buckram with a thick bodied appearance. Designed to provide structure for tieback shapes. It has a fusible finish to one side, so it can be ironed on to hold in place when making tiebacks. It has a low melt adhesive on one side for easy application with a warm iron.
