Harlequin x Henry Holland Weaves Loopy Spot Oatmeal Fabric. This matt, cut velvet design is taken from a ceramic plate, which plays with the fun irregularity of the conjoined spot. The cotton pile works well with the colours, offering an earthy take on a spotted velvet design.
